Additional fees (if any) incurred during the trip
• Holiday surcharge: 5,000 VND/trip - applies on public holidays as defined by the government.
• Night surcharge: 10,000 VND/trip - applies during the hours of 10 PM to 5:59 AM.
• Destination change fee: 5,000 VND/change (maximum 1 change) - no limit on the distance changed.
• Additional destination fee: 5,000 VND/additional stop - maximum 1 extra stop allowed.
The Xanh SM Bike service is for a maximum of 1 adult and 1 child under 14 years old per trip.
