Job Requirements
- Vietnamese citizens aged 18-60
- Preference for drivers who have been active with other technology companies for at least 6 months and have a rating of 4.9 or higher

Required Documents
- Citizen ID/Personal ID/Passport (must be valid for at least 1 month)
- A1/A2 motorcycle driver’s license
- Criminal record (LLTP): Original LLTP number 02
- During the trial phase: Original LLTP number 01, Civil status confirmation (issued within the last 6 months); Personal resume (issued within the last 10 months) or an appointment slip for LLTP number 02 with a chip-attached Citizen ID. LLTP number 02 must be provided within 2 months
- BIDV bank account with the applicant's name
- SIM card registered under the applicant's name
Interview Process
- In-person interview and driving test
- Applicants should proactively undergo a medical examination for drivers as per Circular 24/2015/TTLT-BYT-BGTVT.

Xanh SM Bike drivers do not have a fixed salary. Income is based on trip revenue and driver performance bonuses. Other bonuses will depend on the company's business performance.
