- Applicants should proactively undergo a medical examination for drivers as per paragraph 5 according to Article 14 of the Law on Land Transportation, No. 24/NPC, December 12, 2012.

What does my monthly fixed salary include?

What does my monthly fixed salary include?
The fixed salary of GSM drivers includes the following components:
Monthly fixed salary (includes social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as stipulated by labor law)
Performance-based bonus (calculated based on the star rating received from customers using the electric taxi service)
Support bonus (a maximum additional amount for the first 6 months after signing the official employment contract)
Note:
The fixed salary is determined according to GSM's salary and bonus policy at each period.
The fixed salary does not include a commission of up to 25% of total revenue.
